Delete your Pick a Game account
You can permanently delete your Pick a Game account and all associated data at any time. This applies to accounts created in the Pick a Game app by 360ISS INC.
How to request deletion
Option 1 — In the app: Profile → Settings → Delete account.
Option 2 — By email: send a message from the email address on your account to [email protected] with the subject "Delete my account". No explanation needed.
What gets deleted
- Your account credentials (email, display name, profile photo)
- Your sport and city preferences
- Your RSVPs, ratings, badges, and attendance history
- Your push notification device tokens
What may be kept, and for how long
- Games you organized remain visible to other players, but are anonymized (your name is replaced with "Former member") immediately upon deletion.
- Aggregated, non-identifying statistics (e.g. total players in a past game) are retained.
- Backup copies are purged within 30 days. We keep no other data after that.
Deletion requests are processed within 7 days and confirmed by email.
